Earn $1 for every paid shipped transaction you bring in
Independent Gift N Thrift sales reps earn $1 for every paid shipped transaction from the people and organizations they bring in, up to $10,000 a month.

| What counts | A shipped claim where the claimer paid shipping plus the $2.99 service fee. Pickup claims ($0 / $0) do not earn. |
| Who you can refer | People (share giftnthrift.com/rep/your-code) and organizations like churches and charities (share the organization signup link). |
| One rep per transaction | Each transaction credits at most one rep: the rep who recruited the organization first, then the donor’s rep, then the claimer’s rep. |
| Organizations keep their $1 | When a church or charity is on the transaction it still gets its own $1. Your $1 is separate. |
| Payouts | Paid monthly by Stripe transfer to your bank, around the 5th, for everything earned through the end of the previous month. $25 minimum; smaller balances roll over. Set up payouts from your dashboard (Stripe collects your tax info). Until automatic payouts are switched on, our office pays by hand. |
| Relationship | Reps are independent referrers, not employees. Program terms can change. |
